Dear Friends,

I am writing not only wish you a renewed Happy New Year, but to ask for your support as I take on my biggest adventure yet. In memory of my grandfather, and in honor of a good friend Tyler(7) who was is fighting his battle against leukemia, I have decided to run 26.2 miles in the Frederick Marathon and help raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

The race will take place on May 4th which gives me little time to help make a difference, but I have committed to raise $2,000 and I hope that you will help me get there both financially and mentally.
