When Moxy entered foster care she was learning to trust her humans. It has been several months now and Moxy is turning into quite the cuddle bug. Moxy adores every human she comes in contact with. Moxy is an active girl who will also need a home willing to give her the time and training she will need to become a good Bull Terrier citizen. We do not feel she will do well in an apartment setting. She is your typical bully with lots of energy along with multiple zoomies throughout the day. Due to her high energy level it is best if Moxy has a fenced yard. She loves to play fetch and will gladly share her toys with you. She is easily controlled on a lead. Her foster mom is using clicker trainer to teach her basic commands and tricks, which she is picking up quickly. We are happy to report that Moxy is able to spend time with the other female bully in the house. Moxie absolutely loves their daily play sessions. She loves to play with soft toys. Moxie is not a destructive dog and is able to be out of her crate the majority of the time. In her foster home she is still crated at night. Moxie is definitely a work in progress and is getting better with each day. Moxie has been in foster care long enough and is in desperate need of her own home. CHLOE ~ ADOPTION PENDING

7yr old ~ Female ~ Brindle ~ UTD on Shots

Chloe is a seven year old Brindle Bully female. She continues to be a little cuddlebug and is a genuinely affectionate Bully girl with all persons. Always ready to lick your face, nibble your ear or snuggle with you in your favorite chair, you can't help but be happy when she is with you. She loves laying out on the deck outside or by a sunny window. She has lost weight and has good energy for walks around the block, running along the fence with the neighbor's dogs, or chasing squirrels. She loves exploring the backyard. We recommend her to be in a family with no other pets. Oh, and she loves to watch Animal Planet on TV.

ANTHONY

7yr old ~ Male ~ Brindle ~ UTD on Shots

Meet “Anthony”, a sweet boy, approx. 7 years old in need of a loving home.  Anthony arrived into rescue a very sick little boy.  He is currently in the recovery stage but will be ready to greet visitors in the next couple weeks.  Because he has been so sick, Anthony has not yet shown his true personality; it is slowly emerging with each day but I can see that he will be a loving, obedient companion.   
  
Although still in the evaluation stage, he has shown NO aggression; Anthony has the typical type “B” personality.  What he has shown are smiles and happiness!  He will be ready for visitors late April and ready for adoption possibly late April/early May.

PARKER ~ BT MIX

2yr old ~ Male ~ 55LBS ~ White/Black ~ UTD on Shots

Baby Parker was actually born while he was in the care of his foster parents. His mom, whom was a purebred Bull Terrier and was pregnant, was dropped off at a kill shelter. BRBTC took the mom into rescue care and she had four healthy puppies. Parker was the only male in the litter.  Parker has grown up since then but it still VERY much a puppy.  This boy is a non-stop ball of fire looking for a family to keep up with him. He loves to play with his Kong in the backyard.  He is crate trained, potty trained and walks well on lead. He is currently working with a trainer and has learned; sit, down, and shake. He would benefit from a continued training program. Due to Parker’s puppy tendencies a home with older children would be more suitable. He has met many dogs on his daily walks and becomes very anxious to greet them. His foster mom says Parker could be placed in a home with another dog although that dog must be tolerant of his playfulness.  This boy is always happy with a smile on his face.  If you are interested in meeting Parker please contact shuells@aol.com

 

 

ROCKY

18 month old ~ Male ~ Brindle ~ UTD on Shots

Rocky is a love bug, he wants to cuddle and play all the time. He gets along great with kids and other dogs but can be a bit rough because of his energy. He's going to need to learn some manners and so an owner willing to train him is a neccesity. He was surrendered by his owner due to family issues and is ready for a new home.
